I own a 2016 Cadillac ATS. On friday, my CUE went out as a result I have no heat, power steering, and the OnStar does not work. It's most likely the root cause of the AC issue, or a faulty interconnect, -if you're lucky. Check all CUE-related fuses first. Then ensure the steering wheel controls communicate with the CUE.
