Difference in height between the P365 with the 12 round magazine & the P365XL with the flush 12 round magazine. I've seen a review on YouTube between the 2 but the guy didn't have a normal P365 with the 12 round magazine. He did say that he read that the P365XL height was 4.8" & the P365 with the 12 rounder was actually alittle longer.

The p365 and p365 x are the same slide length, with the x having an optic cut. You don't get the longer slide unless you get an xl. The 365 and x differences are a longer grip and flat trigger. I'd get the X model if you want a full size grip cause it comes pre optics cut which is a big plus imo.The size of the grip and frame is the biggest difference between the P365 and P365X.
