@Bill108713 I applied my I-751 from online. It shows in my letter NBC, Summit, MO. Yes! I had my N-400 interview but I went there with my spouse with all documents for both N-400 and I-751 and when I entered I showed my N-400 interview letter but I informed them we have I-751 interview together. They didn't ask anything and let us in.

Really, there wasn't a clear I-751 section and a separate N-400 piece of the interview, and as far as I could tell, approving the I-751 was really more a question of having evaluated the previously submitted evidence. Although I had brought updates and additional evidence for the I-751 the officer didn't want to see any of it.
