the carabiner zippers on the backpack were found to be extremely prone to breaking when pressure was put on the side of it, so LTT designed and is currently producing much more durable replacements for the backpack that will include the zippers along with a tool to easily replace the other zippers.

Understandable- but I go pretty often & always carry a backpack for merch or other random things (medicines, battery bank, rain jacket, etc). As someone who owns far too many backpacks - this is absolutely worth $249 in quality! I will say, it lacks a lot of the polish and thoughtfulness of the packs made by more experienced companies like Aer, Cotopaxi, or ALPAKA.
